This policy explains how FitCraft Studios Inc ("FitCraft", "we") handles consumer health data, as that term is used in the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. It applies to the FitCraft mobile app and our websites at getfitcraft.com and lets.getfitcraft.com, and it applies to everyone regardless of where you live. Our general privacy policy covers everything else about how we handle personal information.

1. What we collect

The following information could reveal something about your physical health and is treated as consumer health data:

We do not collect heart rate, steps, sleep, menstrual, nutrition or medical information. We do not connect to Apple Health, Google Fit or any wearable. We do not collect biometric identifiers, and we do not use your location for health purposes; we never collect precise location at all.

From you, when you answer our questions in the app or on lets.getfitcraft.com, and from your use of the app when you do workouts.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertisers, ad networks or data brokers, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. It is processed only by FitCraft and by the service providers that run FitCraft for us, on our instructions:

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

You can see and change your answers in the app at any time. Deleting your account (in the app, Settings, Delete Account) permanently deletes your answers and measurements along with the rest of your profile.

To exercise any right, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or tell us how to verify the account is yours. We will respond within the time the law requires. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and saying you want to appeal; if we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
